Women’s Recovery Process Group

Develop Compassion, Mindfulness and Acceptance towards food and your body!

Through mindfulness,  coping tools and group process, continue your recovery work among peers in a supportive and safe space.

When: Monday evenings, 7 pm- 8:15 pm


  The most difficult part of group therapy is showing up for the first meeting.  Once that step is done, you will begin to heal and recover in a very unique way.  In group, you are with others who share your ups and downs.  You will no longer believe you are the only one who struggles in this way.  Your recovery work will deepen and you will be able to have and give hope to others while on this journey.
